The incident unfolded around 9:44 a.m. in the 500 block of 6th Avenue, where officers responded to reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, Christian was found suffering from gunshot wounds outside his home at 537 6th Avenue. Despite immediate emergency efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
